Data protection declaration

The protection of your personal data is important to us. All personal data (for example, first name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address) are processed and used in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). If our website includes the possibility to input your personal or business data - e.g. if you order a newsletter, talk to our customer service or write to us via the contact form - you submit your data voluntarily. Information you provide to us (name, occupation company, your address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address) will be stored.


These personal data are only used for the respective purpose (e.g. preparation of an offer, order) will be removed afterwards, unless you have expressly agreed into another usage.


An additional use of your e-mail address will only take place if you expressly provide us with your data for newsletters on new products and current topics. In the event you do no longer wish to receive such information, you can object to such use of your data at any time via fax or e-mail or by calling us, without incurring additional costs other than the basic transmission costs. We only use your data for other marketing purposes if we informed you in advance about the intended usage and you explicitly approved it. The cancellation of newsletters and the withdrawal of your consent are possible at any time with effect for the future.

Legal basis for the processing of the personal data is Article 6 paragraph (1) sentence 1 lit. a and lit. b General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

Transfer of personal data to third parties


Your personal data will only be known to those persons who are dealing with the processing of your inquiry, the processing of your order and the transmission of newsletters. However, a transfer of personal data to third parties can take place if you have expressly agreed to the transfer or if the transfer is permitted by data protection law. In some cases, our data processing is carried out by a data processor, who is bound by our instructions and obliged according to data protection regulations and who is not allowed to use the data for any other purpose.

 

Rights of the data subject

You are entitled to request information about the personal data stored by us, to have incorrect data corrected, or to request the deletion or freezing of your data as well as the portability of your personal data. Google Maps

On this website we use Google Maps to visualize geographical information and to create journey descriptions. Google Maps is a service provided by Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

By using Google Maps, Google collects data about the use of the map functions by visitors of our website, including your IP-address, and transfers it to a Google server in the USA where it is stored.
